Winterizing Team Pro & Super G

This is what I did:

Took all batteries out of transmitter & radio, took out flex shaft, took off spark plug, drained gas lines, sprayed WD 40 down spark plug hole while pulling on stringer slowly, WD 40'd all moving parts, and put everything in zip lock bag.

What else would you do?
On my Team Pro, the flex shaft is stuck and I can't pull it out of hole, even with a tight grip and a firm pull, is something damaged???

My super G won't start it only turns over and their is no spark.  My mower mechanic says it needs a new fly wheel.  Tony, can I send you this boat and have you fix it?

Just send the engine, I really doubt it is a flywheel and quite sure it's not anything serious.
