WHH's would like to introduce Nat (Nathon) to our customers. He is a retired machinest that relocated to Lake Placid last year from the great North. Nat is currently assembling parts and components learning how and why they work, and what they do so we can move him into a boat rigging position in the future. We start at the bottom so our people know why they are doing what they do. We seem to be loosing product education in our country. Sometimes these days when I go into a auto parts store and provide a part number I almost expect the guy behind the counter to ask me if I would like fries with that?

Here's one for my car enthusists that only you guys will understand and appreciate. Sunday I go into Discount Auto and ask the guy behind the counter for a starter for a 350 Chevy. He asks me what it's for? I said it doesn't matter. He says yes it does.  So I say... for my 1934 Ford Low Boy with a Dana rear end. I got the most dumb-founded look, so I said I told you it wouldn't matter...He didn't even ask me if I wanted fries?

Tom,

I will let him know. He made a couple hundred that week and now he pretty much hates throtle cables.
